This group was formed to represent the interests of full-time professional Landlords who manage their own properties.
Our mission is three-fold:
･To provide a distinctive voice for Portfolio Landlords.
･To share experiences about the issues that arise as a Portfolio Landlord
･To assist each other to grow our Portfolios and to find ways to work with sources of finance to allow them to invest in this market. In particular to share information about property technology.
A Distinctive Voice
Buy-to-let landlords have no friends in Authority. Everybody from the Conservative Party downwards has decided to demonize landlords.
We want to change that by recognising those aspects of buy-to-let landlords that are never going to be acceptable but showing the value portfolio landlords can bring to the market.
We want to win friends and influence the powers that be to help us not destroy us.
Sharing Experiences
We want to create a network where Portfolio Landlords can share information about best practices especially with regard to Tech.
A network that will provide speakers and information relevant to its members.
Growing Portfolios Together
We believe the future is having much larger Landlords who have the scale to provide the level of service the Government wants.
Our hope is that our network will encourage that growth amongst its member.
